Service Description

In our beginners class you will start by learning to engage all of the muscles needed in pole fitness, you will learn basic spins and static moves developing them into small combinations as you progress and gain more strength. It is amazing how quickly your body adapts and strengthens up over time with this full body workout, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, upper body and core strength. No experience or fitness level required.
